At Fab Cup, we only sell coffee that we are crazy about. It’s as simple as that.
We believe good coffee comes not only from quality beans that are roasted to reveal balanced and delicate flavor profiles, but from sourcing coffees that support the livelihood of the farmers who grow it and the communities where they live.
For these reasons, we have chosen to work with Toby’s Estate. We value their dedication to developing relationships with farmers and working directly with them to push the boundaries of coffee quality forward. A community built on transparency, quality, and love. At Fab Cup, we deeply value these ideals as well.
Our coffee team is dedicated to making sure every cup we serve highlights the best of each individual coffee. Before serving your beverage, each barista has been certified and trained on their coffee palate, the basics of brew science, and milk chemistry.

We are not only serve a coffee, our goal is to serve healthy food option. Recently we changed our focus for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian pastries and food. We believe the good and healthy nutrition is very important for your body. We are the healthiest coffee shop in Staten Island.

Owner
Originally from Siberia, Maria moved to Staten Island 7 years ago and now she is West Brighton resident. She travels around the world to bring innovation to Staten Island. She believes in the healthy life style and good nutrition. She is currently training for her first 2019 Ironman and you can often see her with little daughter Zoya at the shop.
Carol Grado
Manager
Carol is the heart of the Fab Cup. She knows most customers orders and she would go above and beyond to provide excellent service. She is also West Brighton resident and in spare time she spend time with her two grandkids.
