Our coffee team is dedicated to making sure every cup we serve highlights the best of each individual coffee. Before serving your beverage, each barista has been certified and trained on their coffee palate, the basics of brew science, and milk chemistry.

Originally from Siberia, Maria moved to Staten Island 7 years ago and now she is West Brighton resident. She travels around the world to bring innovation to Staten Island. She believes in the healthy life style and good nutrition. She is currently training for her first 2019 Ironman and you can often see her with little daughter Zoya at the shop.
Carol is the heart of the Fab Cup. She knows most customers orders and she would go above and beyond to provide excellent service. She is also West Brighton resident and in spare time she spend time with her two grandkids.
